BrickWars Sets Description

Lego Star Wars 7666 Hoth Rebel Base Limited Edition from Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. It was a Rebel facility constructed on Hoth after the Battle of Yavin. After buying a map showing the locations of multiple caverns in the area from an old smuggler, the Rebels began construction on what was to become Echo Base. The area the Rebel base was situated on was the only place on Hoth with a liveable temperature, which was a band near the equator. The already existant caves were reinforced, creating pathways. After two years, construction was complete. The new Echo Base was a fully operational and heavily defended base. The facility included perimeter trenches, static anti-infantry and anti-vehicle emplacements, V-150 Planet Defender ion cannon, OrC-19 planetary com-scan unit, theater shield, and command center. Inside Echo Base were also two massive hangars. The entire base could house 7,500 combat and command personnel, 350 medical personnel, and 120 droids. The hangars themselves could house nearly thirty GR-75 medium transports, sixty Rebel starfighters, twelve snowspeeders, the Millennium Falcon and Outrider.

The Lego 7666 Hoth Rebel Base contains 548 pieces and includes 7 minifigures.

Very good base Has Awesome snowspeeder. MSRP, Was actually 69.99
Pros
Nice Snowspeeder

Cons
A bit pricey

Need more Snowtroopers, and snowtrooper weapons
Touchey doors
needs another rebel gun.

Snow speeder is fantastic though!

7666 Hoth Rebel Base is almost perfect for any display along with what I previously wrote about, the AT-AT walker.

Pros:
First ever K-3PO
First ever Hoth rebels
Snowspeeder (Fantastic)
Rare snowtroopers
Sliding doors on base to let in rebels
Detailed probe droid & nice turret
Crane for replacing parts in rebel base
Big "cannon" for snowtrooper

Cons:
Base needs more protection
More Hoth rebels and snowtroopers
Needs Han and Leia and possibly a Tauntaun

Well, this set deserves a 10/10. Amazing, nice job, LEGO!!!!

I am going to talk about the hoth rebel base set number 7666. This is one of the coolest sets out there and is a great army builder. The set could have been lowered in price a little. This set had some rare figures like K-3po and rebel troopers and snow troopers. The set came with the rebel speeder, the hoth door and a turret. There could have been some kind of snow or something on that sort. The Probe Droid was not like it was in the movie, and the turret was bigger than the door which makes no sense.I like how it came with the door that could open and close. But there needed to be more to the base for 60 bucks. Now on to pros and cons.

Pros:
*figures
*door
*crane and other things in base
*K-3po
*base

Cons:
*more troopers
*no darth vader
*more detail
*stickers
Over all i do think this set was worth buying and so i give the set 9.5 out of 10.
