BrickWars Sets Description

Lego Star Wars 6211 Imperial Star Destroyer from the “Original Trilogy” consisted of several versions with modifications, Imperial Class I and II. The Imperial Class Star Destroyer was the supreme warship of the Galactic Empire, measuring one mile in length. A huge ship with 37,000 officers and crewmembers, in addition to a division of 9,700 stormtroopers totaling 46,700. The Imperial Class arsenal composed of twelve heavy turbolasers, four heavy ion cannons set up in eight dual mounts along the ship’s tower structure. Two large ventral turbolasers mounted slightly past the forward tip of the hangar. A large number of various sized guns installed throughout the destroyer to protect against attacks from smaller ships not capable of targeting by the main battery. Typically, the Imperial Class Destroyer housed a standard Imperial wing of six TIE squadrons. In the wing included three TIE fighter squadrons, one squadron of TIE Interceptors, and one squadron of TIE bombers, a TIE starfighters squadron and one TIE reconnaissance squadron. The ships had the capability to carry massive war machines like the AT-AT and AT-ST Walkers.

The Lego 6211 Imperial Star Destroyer contains 1366 pieces and includes 9 minifigures.

i am here to talk about the imperial star destroyer set number 6211. This is one of the best set i have, although it is not a detailed as the imperial star destroyer set number 10030. It still was a detailed set it comes with a lot of figures and some very rare ones like Grand Moff Tarkin and the Imperial Astromech Droid, and Mouse Droid minifigures. The money you had to pay for it could have been lowered down a little but over all for the price it was pretty good. Now on to the inside of it came with an ok inside it,including a sidious hologram a meditation chair for darth vader a bridge for the imperial officer and it also even had a escape pod.It did not make sense that the imperial officer was smiling. The sheild generators for the star destroyer were a little weak and could break off some times and so was the bridge. It also had a cool engine system and turbo blasters, ion cannons, the ship could have been a little bit bigger in size, and at the time it was a great fleet builder for your imperials. It has great playability for all ages 9 and up. This set took me about a day and half to build but it was worth it to have this great lego in my room,i would like to have more of the set but one for me is good. The set could of had more stromtroopers and maybe one more imperial officer or even a death star trooper. This was one of greatest imperial ships in the galaxy and one of the most feared. now on to the pros and cons of the set.
Cons:
*the minifigs
*the detail
*big
*Palpatine hologram
*escape pod
* the bridge can hold people
*Loads of Laser Blasters

Cons:
*price
*the bottom did not have a lot of support
*could have been a little bit more detailed
*Helmet Carrier Thing is hard to do
*time Consuming to build
*Hard to transport
*little bit hard to fix when breaks
But over all this was a great set to own and i wish i could get more so i give this set a 9 out of 10.

Imperial Star Destroyer - #6211. Pros: Lots of play room. Lots of details. Easy build. Cons: Sometimes it does not stay together. Not much space in control room. Darth Vader's helmet remover does not work very well. I give this set a rating of 8.
